Installation

Download and install FieldEco on your iOS or Android device.

Download FieldEco

FieldEco is available for both Android and iOS devices. Choose your platform below:

Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
2. Search for “FieldEco”
3. Tap Install
4. Wait for the download to complete
5. Open the app and follow the setup wizard

Requirements:

• Android 8.0 (Oreo) or higher
• 2 GB RAM minimum
• 100 MB free storage
• GPS/Location services enabled

iOS (App Store)

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
2. Search for “FieldEco”
3. Tap Get to download
4. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
5. Open the app and follow the setup wizard

Requirements:

• iOS 14.0 or later
• iPhone 8 or newer, or iPad with iPadOS 14.0+
• 100 MB free storage

Initial Setup

When you first open FieldEco, you’ll be guided through a brief setup process:

1. Permissions - Grant location and camera permissions for full functionality
2. Account - Create an account or sign in (optional for basic features)
3. Tutorial - Complete the quick intro tour to learn the basics

Granting Permissions

FieldEco needs certain permissions to work properly:

You can manage permissions later in your device’s Settings app.

Offline Mode

FieldEco is designed to work offline. Once installed:

• All survey methods work without internet
• Field tools work without internet
• Analysis features work without internet
• Data syncs when you’re back online (Premium feature)
